CWW’s 2011 Kay Levin Award for Short Nonfiction winner Mary Ellen Gabriel got a shout out in Wisconsin Historical Society newsletter “Current Highlights.” Mary Ellen, a “Wisconsin Magazine of History” contributor, won the nonfiction award for her article, “Ne-rucha-ja: The Forgotten Tale of Frost’s Woods and Charles E.
