The Milwaukee Press Club has announced that Shauna Singh Baldwin, Milwaukee, 2012 winner of the Council for Wisconsin Writers’ Anne Powers Fiction Book Award for her book, The Selector of Souls, will be the Friends of the Milwaukee Public Library’s Spring Luncheon speaker.
