Three Wasn't Enough for this Trilogy
Former Milwaukee Journal reporter and editor and former Council for Wisconsin Writers board member Paul Salsini has exceeded his own expectations. He’s published the fourth book in his Tuscan trilogy and has plans for a fifth.
Paul talked about his recently published The Temptation of Father Lorenzo: Ten Stories of 1970s Tuscany this morning on WUWM’s Mitch Teich on Lake Effect in Milwaukee.
The Temptation of Father Lorenzo follows The Cielo, Sparrow’s Revenge and Dino’s Story.
According to the blurb on WUWM’s website, “The Cielo was inspired by Salsini’s Italian heritage and a real-life farmhouse in Tuscany. The characters from that story, which depicted the Italian resistance during World War II, stuck with Salsini, and turned into his Tuscan Trilogy, the last volume of which was published in 2010.”
