Help recognize Wisconsin’s best and brightest: Do you know someone who has made a significant contribution to Wisconsin? Do you have a friend or colleague who is highly esteemed for his or her judgment, perceptiveness, and breadth of knowledge? Does this person possess a keen understanding of how literature, art, and/or science contribute to the cultural life and health of our state? Is there an educator, mentor, civic or business leader in your community whose career is marked by a high order of discovery and technological accomplishment; creative achievement in the arts (e.g. literature, visual art, music); historical analysis; legal or judicial interpretation; philosophical thinking; or public service?
If so, you might know a future Wisconsin Academy Fellow.
The highest level of recognition conferred by the Wisconsin Academy, the Fellows award acknowledges a high level of accomplishment as well as a lifelong commitment to intellectual discourse and public service. Anyone can nominate a prospective Fellow for consideration. So now is the perfect time to nominate the extraordinary individuals in your community who have made invaluable contributions to the sciences, the arts, and the cultural life of our state.
Nominations are now open—until September 30th! Click here to sumbit a nomination.
