April is shaping up to be a busy month -- and one full of opportunity -- for Wisconsin writers.
- The University of Wisconsin-Madison is hosting its 23rd Annual Writers' Institute, April 13-15, 2012. It will be held at the Pyle Center, 702 Langdon St., University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. The event will include pitching to agents, book signings, manuscript and proposal critiques, and panels, forums and workshops. - Wisconsin Historical Museum is presenting in its April 17 “History Sandwiched In” series a 45-minute program on Wisconsin Writers Writing About Wisconsin.
